Discovery Academy is tuition-free community school and will comply with the statewide testing and compulsory attendance policies of the state of Ohio.  At any time a parent has the right to request documentation of the highly-qualified status of any teacher at the school, the school's testing policy, as well as the current version of the School Improvement Plan.
